• Purchase only: stand alone boxes, shopping centers, enclosed malls, 10+ AC for new construction
• Minimum size: 70,000 SF building or a combination of contiguous spaces
• New construction (10+ AC) only where significant financial incentives are available
• Will purchase occupied boxes/spaces with short term leases in place
• Trade areas with a population of 50,000+
